SurveyMitra provides on-site land surveying services. Our surveyors travel to your property location to conduct the survey work. We do not ship or deliver physical products in the traditional sense.
Not Applicable: Traditional shipping terms such as shipping charges, delivery tracking, and courier services do not apply to our business model.
2. Service Delivery Process
2.1 Appointment Scheduling
After booking confirmation:
- Surveyor Assignment: A qualified surveyor is assigned to your booking within 24 hours
- Contact Confirmation: The surveyor will contact you via phone/email to confirm the appointment
- Site Visit Coordination: Date and time are finalized based on mutual availability
- Typical Timeline: Site visits are scheduled within 3-7 business days of booking
2.2 On-Site Survey Execution
- Surveyor Arrival: Surveyor arrives at the scheduled time with necessary equipment
- Survey Duration: Typically 2-6 hours depending on property size and complexity
- Field Work: Measurements, boundary marking, data collection performed on-site
- Customer Presence: You or your representative should be available for site access
2.3 Service Completion
The on-site survey service is considered "delivered" once the surveyor completes the field work at your property. The survey report delivery follows separately (see section 3 below).
3. Survey Report Delivery
3.1 Digital Report Delivery (Standard)
Included in all bookings at no additional cost:
- Format: PDF document with survey drawings, measurements, and certification
- Delivery Method: Email to your registered email address
- Timeline: 7-10 business days after field work completion
- File Size: Typically 5-15 MB (high-resolution drawings)
- Accessibility: Can be downloaded, printed, or shared digitally
3.2 Physical Report Delivery (Optional)
Available upon request for an additional fee:
- Format: Printed and bound survey report with drawings
- Additional Cost: ₹410 - ₹820 (depending on report size and delivery location)
- Delivery Method: Courier service (Blue Dart, Delhivery, or India Post)
- Timeline: 10-15 business days after field work completion
- Tracking: Courier tracking number provided via email and SMS
- Delivery Coverage: Available across India
3.3 Report Contents
Both digital and physical reports include:
- Property boundary measurements and coordinates
- Survey drawings and maps (scaled)
- Topographic details (if applicable)
- Surveyor certification and stamp
- Date of survey and reference points
- Technical specifications and methodology
4. Service Area Coverage

We currently provide on-site survey services in:
- Madhya Pradesh: Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain, Dewas, and surrounding districts
- Expanding Coverage: We are continuously expanding to new cities and states
4.2 Service Availability Check
When booking, our system automatically checks surveyor availability in your area. If no surveyors are available:
- You will be notified before payment
- You can choose to wait for availability (we'll notify you when a surveyor is assigned)
- Your payment will be held and processed only when service can be delivered
4.3 Remote Areas
For properties in remote or hard-to-reach areas:
- Additional travel charges may apply (communicated before booking confirmation)
- Service delivery timeline may be extended by 2-5 business days
- Surveyor will coordinate with you regarding access and logistics

Liability Disclaimer: SurveyMitra shall not be liable for any delays or failures in service delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including the acts or omissions of the independent surveyor.
6.2 Delay Notification
In case of delays, we will:
- Notify you immediately via phone and email
- Provide a revised timeline
- Offer rescheduling options
- Keep you updated on progress
6.3 Report Delivery Issues
If you don't receive your digital report within the specified timeline:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address in your account

- We will resend the report immediately
For physical report delivery issues (lost/damaged in transit):
- Contact us with courier tracking details
- We will coordinate with the courier service
- A replacement report will be sent if necessary
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service delivery, please:
- Provide Accurate Information: Correct property address and contact details
- Ensure Site Access: Unlock gates, inform security, obtain necessary permissions
- Be Available: You or your representative should be present during the survey
- Clear Obstructions: Remove vehicles or items blocking survey points if possible
- Respond Promptly: Reply to surveyor calls/messages for coordination
- Check Email: Monitor your email for report delivery
8. Additional Services
8.1 Rush Delivery
If you need expedited service delivery:
- Express Survey: Site visit within 24-48 hours (subject to availability)
- Fast Report: Digital report within 3-5 business days
- Additional Cost: 30-50% premium on standard pricing

8.2 Multiple Copies
Additional copies of survey reports:
- Digital Copies: Unlimited, included at no cost
- Physical Copies: ₹300 per additional copy plus courier charges
